Every chart is unique
We are all unique individuals and our charts reflect the same
I was not entirely sure whether i should write on something which deviates from specific concepts in Jyotish, however charts are in a way the foundation and hence this might be useful to readers.
One of the reasons, in my small biased view, why astrology in general gets a bad name is because it has been generalized and converted into a ‘pop’ culture phenomenon by certain sections. More on this here.
More so in Western Astrology, however i see the same happening in Jyotish/Vedic Astrology too.
What do i mean by that? Everyday we come across general opinions on Zodiac signs, Sun signs, tabloids etc. The emphasis is on GENERAL.
Come to think of it, how can the lives of two or more people shape in the same exact way based on the Zodiac/Sun sign they were born in. It defies all logic.
Yet this same general stuff gets consumed on a daily basis by thousands if not millions of people globally. And then there is the disappointment when none of the themes occur in the individual’s life. In honesty, i used to do the same many years ago.
Studying charts is an intensive process
Its important to understand that every Individual’s destiny is unique and the birth chart is a reflection of that. Every birth chart is unique.
A birth chart in Jyotish or Vedic Astrology provides clues to the karma and experiences that the individual is likely to witness in this life. Thus, it is a very personalized piece of information which requires deliberate study.
Analyzing charts is what serious practioners and students do.
So please do not fall for generic commentary the next time you read the magazine or watch a Youtube video, no matter how tempting it might be.
Thank you for patiently reading and for your constructive feedback and insights.
